Thank you for volunteering at our school. As part of our efforts to ensure student safety, we require that all volunteers undergo a Criminal Record Check. There is no cost, and it can be done online for your convenience.
Please visit the link below and follow the instructions provided. I have also included our school’s unique access code so that your results will be shared with us. Please email us when you have completed the process so that we know to check on the results.
If you are going to be a driver for school, we will also need a driver's abstract. You can apply for this online at the link below and email the document to Mr. Bergmann at the school ([email protected]).
We will also need a copy of your Auto Insurance where it indicates what liability level you are insured at. Liability Insurance must be a minimum of $1 million for a volunteer to qualify as a driver.
